Da war ich nat\u00fcrlich verwundert bis schockiert. Wie jetzt? Sie machen keine One on Ones?<\/p>\n<p>Hier der <strong>KLICKTIPP<\/strong> zum Reinh\u00f6ren: <a href=\"https:\/\/leben-fuehren.de\/one-on-one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Episode 080 &#8211; One on One<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aus meiner Sicht ist das Thema eines der wichtigsten Themen. Und daher werde ich da in n\u00e4chster Zeit auch wieder \u00f6fter drauf eingehen, denn es gab ein paar neue Erkenntnisse beziehungsweise Ideen dazu. One on Ones m\u00f6chten institutionalisieren, dass wir F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte mit unseren Mitarbeitern sprechen. Okay, das ist dann aber kein strategischer Vertrauensaufbau, der eben so wichtig f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und ein gut funktionierendes Team ist. Ich bin der Meinung, dass F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte One on Ones ganz fett in ihrem Terminplaner einzuf\u00fcgen haben. Sie als F\u00fchrungskraft wollen Vertrauen von Ihren Mitarbeitern. Sie wollen, dass Ihre Leute Ihnen irgendwann einmal wirklich folgen und das erreichen Sie, indem Sie Ihren Leuten Ihre Zeit geben.<\/p>\n<h2>Sie und Ihr Team<\/h2>\n<p>Als F\u00fchrungskraft d\u00fcrfen Sie sich die Frage stellen, wie Sie die, auf Sie \u00fcbertragenen Ziele, an Ihre Mitarbeiter weitergeben und diese dann auch erreichen. Das hei\u00dft, dass Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter brauchen. Das hei\u00dft auch, dass Sie als F\u00fchrungskraft sich aus einigen Dingen einfach rauszuhalten haben, denn daf\u00fcr haben Sie ja Ihre Mitarbeiter. Sonst k\u00f6nnten Sie ja gleich alles alleine machen. Sie sehen, es geht hier wieder um Vertrauen.
