I have been professional IT-Manager since 2001, before that I was leading in volunteer organizations (DLRG, Malteser) for ten years. In my last employee role, I was Head Of Global IT-Infrastructure, responsible for ca. 80 people on six continents and approx. 12,500 IT-customers.
In 2014 I started the LEBEN-FÜHREN podcast, as I saw “leadership” more and more as a learnable craft rather than a “talent” or a “gift”. Since 2017 I help IT-Managers to gain more influence, more time and ultimately a higher salary.
